CAPS Australia (Compressed Air & Power Systems) recently opened its new purpose-designed branch at 11-13 Titanium Drive, Paget in Mackay.
A 100% Australian owned company, CAPS supplies industrial products to the manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, and primary industries as well as other sectors.
The recent expansion is in response to the company's continued growth. According to Glen McIntyre, a Director of CAPS, 'The new premises will allow us to meet the growing demand that we are experiencing in service support. Customers can rest assured that CAPS will be able to respond to on site emergency breakdowns 24 hours a day, seven days a week.'
The new, fully-equipped facility now boasts a large spare parts store, an equipment showroom, a technical support unit and a state-of-the-art workshop for repairs and overhauls of stationary equipment as well as mobile, high-pressure drill compressors.
A one-stop-shop, with branches located around Australia, CAPS can supply a broad range of equipment and tools including Ingersoll Rand compressors, tools, hoists and winches, Robuschi and Conquest Blowers, Kohler Generators and Airman
portable compressors.
