CAPS AUSTRALIA has released the Conquest scroll oil-free air compressor, which is designed with energy saving and noise reduction features.
The Conquest scroll oil-free air compressor has a power capacity from 2.2 to 37kW and is available in eight or ten bar versions.
According to CAPS Australia, the Conquest air compressor’s scroll air end is designed to match the varying air demand in your plant. A corrugated after cooler and a large capacity cooling are also integrated into the package to boost efficiency.
CAPS Australia says the Conquest air compressor features a sequential controller, which starts the series of air ends in a sequence to minimise the starting current from affecting peak loading. A modular ‘Pyramid’ control process also reduces energy consumption for varying air demand conditions.
According to CAPS Australia, because of the design on the scroll mechanism as well as sound insulation on the front cover and vibration-free mounting, the Conquest air compressor can achieve noise levels as low as 49dB.
