EXAIR (Compressed Air Australia) has released a drum pump powered by compressed air to rapidly clean up small liquid spills.
The Mini Reversible Drum Vac System can clean up coolant, hydraulic oils, spills, sludge, tramp oil and waste water. The liquid can then be pumped back out for disposal, storage or reclamation.
The company says the pump can vacuum 20L of fluid in less than 10 seconds. Turning a knob will reverse the pump action for emptying.
According to the manufacturer, the unit has a stainless steel construction and an automatic safety shut-off valve to prevent overfilling.
