EXAIR has released an air nozzle Super Blast Safety Air Gun, which is able to deliver 10.4kg of blowing force, equivalent to the force of 30 ordinary air guns.
Exair says the Super Blast Safety Air Gun is ideally suited for long distance, wide area blowoff, drying and cooling applications.
According to Exair, the Super Blast Safety Air Gun incorporates a large Super Air Nozzle engineered to maximise entrained airflow and force while reducing compressed air use and noise. It will consume 460scfm of air at full pressures of 5.5 bar.
The Super Blast Safety Air Gun is available in seven other sizes with single or multiple Super Air Nozzle configurations. These deliver forces of 1.4 to 6.8kg and consume between 56 and 300scfm of air.
Exair says the Super Blast Safety Air Gun’s Super Air Nozzle has a zinc-aluminium alloy construction suited to rugged industrial applications. The air gun incorporates a comfortable soft grip handle and spring-loaded manual valve that automatically shuts off if it is dropped.
The Super Blast Safety Air Gun can be used in floor and machinery cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, parts cleaning and to cool hot parts.
