COMPRESSED Air Australia (CAA) says the balanced outset airflow of Super Air Amplifiers minimise wind shear to produce sound levels which are typically three times quieter than other Air Amplifiers.
According to CAA, EXAIR Super Air Amplifiers have the highest amplification ratios and are the most efficient of all air amplifiers. The units utilise a special shim to maintain critical position of the component parts and as a result, a precise amount of compressed air is released at exact intervals toward the centre of the Super Air Amplifier.
CAA says these jets of air create a constant, high velocity outlet flow across the centre cross sectional area. The EXAIR Super Air Amplifiers are supplied with a .08mm slotted air gap which is suitable for most applications. Flow and force can be increases by replacing the shim with a thicker 0.15 or 0.23mm shim.
Compressed Air Australia is a wholly Australian owned private company which distributes compressed air products throughout Australia.
