RUSSELL Fraser Sales introduces the Spectroline OPK-340 industrial leak detection kit for pinpointing fluid leaks in hydraulic equipment, compressors, engines, gearboxes, fuel and water-based systems.
The Spectroline leak detection kit includes a cordless, rechargeable, high intensity OPTIMAX 3000 blue light LED leak detection flashlight.
According to RF Sales it is 15 times brighter than standard LED lights and has an inspection range of up to 6.1m. Powered by a rechargeable NiMH battery, the unit has an LED life of 50,000 hours.
Also included in the kit is a 16 oz, twin-neck bottle of OIL-GLO 44 concentrated fluorescent oil dye. The dye is compatible with all synthetic and petroleum-based fluids. The OPK-340 kit also contains a 16 oz, twin-neck bottle of WD-802 concentrated fluorescent water dye for water-based systems. When a leaking industrial system is scanned with the OPTIMAX 3000 flashlight, both dyes glow brightly, illuminating the source of leaks.
The leak detection kit also includes an 8 oz spray bottle of GLO-AWAY dye cleaner, smart AC and DC chargers and fluorescence-enhancing glasses.
