MC MACHINERY Systems has released the TOYOKOKI HYB125 hybrid press brake, which combined the best elements of a conventional hydraulic brake with the TOYOKOKI AC servo brakes.
The HYB125 incorporates new Mitsubishi M700 Series CNC controllers, which delivers advanced programming, as well as relays and servo motors for ultimate accuracy and repeatability.
According to MC Machinery Systems, the HYB125 press brake can provide large energy savings and requires only one-third the hydraulic oil of comparable machines.
MC Machinery Systems says the HYB125 press brake has a 38cm LCD touch screen control panel, which can upload and download programs and visual data. Programs can be created offline with two- and three-dimensional modelling.
According to MC Machinery Systems, the HYB125 press brake features Double Wedge Crowning, a system of wedges in the lower table that sets the deflection curve at up to five different locations along the bend.
The operator makes the first article, checks the angles at three to five places and then enters the angles in the M700 Series CNC control. The wedges adjust the bending angles at each spot producing exact target angles all along the bend line.
