NEWAGE Industries has released Superthane Pneumatic, a range of hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane tubing designed for pneumatic applications.
The Superthane Pneumatic tubing is designed to allow tight bending in and around equipment. It is also designed to resist moisture ingress.
According to NewAge Industries, the Superthane Pneumatic tubing does not contain any flexibility-enhancing plasticisers, which could contaminate the flow. The tubing can withstand temperatures as low as -67 degrees Celsius.
NewAge Industries says the Superthane Pneumatic tubing is made to resist more pressure or vacuums than of PVC or rubber tubing of corresponding sizes. It can also withstand radiation exposure, kinking, tearing, abrasion and impacts.
