OMEGAMATION has released a range of pneumatic rotary actuators with internal rack and pinion drives.
The company says the DRF series features a lightweight, ‘aircraft-quality’ single-piece aluminium body.
The rack and pinion drive units are enclosed in a case-hardened turntable said to extend the service life. The piston is made from a lightweight and low-friction thermoplastic.
According to the manufacturer, the devices are suitable for packaging, electrical, assembly and automotive applications.
