EXAIR has released a Summing Remote Display for use with its digital flowmeter, allowing monitoring of compressed air consumption from a separate location.
The display has a single button which is used to cycle between current air consumption, usage for the previous 24 hours, and total cumulative usage.
According to the manufacturer, by allowing more regular monitoring of air usage, companies can more quickly identify costly leaks or inefficient products, producing savings on compressed air waste.
The company’s digital flowmeter, a separate product, is mounted to a pipe, and has a four digit LED display that directly indicates the airflow in SCFM or m³/h units.
The remote display unit is recommended when the flowmeter is mounted in an hard to read location. Unlike the flowmeter, however, separate models are required to display the different airflow units.
