TSUBAKI Australia will launch its electric power cylinder on Stand 2052 during the 2010 Queensland Mining and Engineering exhibition from 27 to 29 July.
The electric power cylinder is a completely self-contained, motorised linear actuator unit.
Tsubaki Australia says the electric power cylinder is used when accurate linear movement is needed to control the flow and direction of travel of material on belts, chutes and loading facilities.
They are most useful in areas where the reliability of hydraulics and pneumatics is a problem. It is not vulnerable to problems like leaky reservoir, hoses, and tube fittings.
The new power cylinders are said to be compact, and is easy to install in applications requiring linear motion.
